Not only was there absolutely no communication from them at all, but it took almost a month to get our order. Then, upon receiving our order we only received one of two items we ordered. We received one of our items and a packing slip that just says "refund" next to the other item. They never even emailed us about it at all. We will never place another order with this site and I would not recommend anyone order from this site."I paid for an order. When it arrived one item was missing. I logged onto my account only to find it was on Backorder. Then without any notification, I received a refund by email. But the item still shows up as available for purchase online.Besides the long wait, the color of this back cinch is not what I expected & I will have to try & dye it to a darker shade. It was advertised for a lot less ($10) than I ended up paying for it. Overall, Im not very pleased.Great shipping in a very timely manner, with fantastic notifications. Thank you guys so much!The items I ordered are quality soft leather but the bridle description said it was padded which made me assume the crown piece & cavason were padded since other English bridles I bought in the past from other stores had the same description and thats what was the padded parts. Still trying to figure out what the padded means. Also, I swore I ordered an oversized bridle and not a horse/full size.Product is great but it was a LONG WAIT (came after the horse show) and the return process remains unclear.Exactly the way it looked except it was smaller than I had wished. If you aren't a petite woman this item is a "no go".I ordered nearly $200 worth of merchandise. NONE was ever sent. Every few weeks they deleted items from my order -without notifying me- until I finally just cancelled the last 3 things.Horselovers cancelled part of my order, but never explained why...Was passed on a link to this website to buy Xmas gifts for my nieces who are into horseback riding. Since it was the week before Xmas I crossed my fingers that I would receive the merchandise on time. Made 2 separate purchases and on the second one I had to pay for faster ground shipping which didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I'm happy to say it was only $5 more. Everything arrived on time and one shipment arrived the day before Xmas. Kudos to FedEx who delivered it at 8:30pm.When I call because an item was not described online correctly, so what I got did not have an anticipate feature, customer service was kind, considerate and prompt at resolving all issues in a most satisfactory way.The item was shipped really fast and packaged well. It was a good value for the money I spent.My daughter collects Breyer horses and neither one of us has ever seen a horse like this one. She loved it as a Christmas present.I purchased a pony coat from Horseloverz.com and received it late and in terrible condition. It was in an old package that was sun-worn and for a coat much bigger than what was received. When we got the coat out, it was used, rusty, and had hair all over it. We tried to return it; however, they said that it was not received in a resell-able condition and that it would have to be returns or destroyed with no refund either way. We opted to have it shipped back to us, but they did not ship it back to us in the agreed upon time and I had to contact them again to get it back. We had to pay for shipping all ways (to us originally, back to them for review, and back to us again) and the whole thing has been a hassle. I am very disappointed with my experience with Horseloverz.com and will not be ordering anything from them again.I ordered a navy blue lead rope with a bull snap. After waiting a month for it to arrive, I found it damaged. It looked like it was bleached which didn't make sense. It had a fairly large portion of bleach but the rest was fine. So as I'm unraveling it, weird crusty stuff is falling off! I don't know what was on it but it was very crusty which was also weird. So I think "That's fine I'll wash it and see if I can get it to work." I start rinsing it with cold water and the dye is coming out! Before I know it the sink is purple/blue so that was fun. At this point I know I'm not going to use it but I put it in the dryer and after 30 minutes I pull it out with. Guess what. The snap has broken! That was probably my fault because it's not meant for a dryer but still. And after multiple attempts to reach them I gave up. So overall, no, I don't recommend them. Steer clear.I ordered a noseband and tie down from this site. First, I tried to use PayPal (very prominently displayed button). Clicking the button completely wiped out my cart and left an error message. I tried this twice. I decided to take a leap of faith and complete the checkout with my credit card. This time I received an order confirmation page. I took a picture of the page (to have as a record until I received an email... I do this with all sites except Amazon). It's a good thing I have this habit. I never received an email confirmation. I called almost a week and a half after placing my order. The automated phone system did not work. I would have gladly "checked on my order" using the system, except that pressing buttons didn't do anything. I finally decided to push the button for "place order." I got a person after a long wait on hold. I was able to give her the order number (from the pic on my phone) and was told that it was in processing and would not be shipped out for several days yet. I expressed my frustration at not receiving any emails and the automated phone not working, but thanked her for her help. I was under the impression the order would still be shipped. After all, a charge from horseloverz.com already appeared on my credit card. When I checked my credit card earlier today, the charge had disappeared. The only reason I noticed is because I track my spending on an app and then balance my accounts with it. The lack of communication is unacceptable, and makes the whole business feel shady.
